Sushi Castle - Newcastle

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this restaurant is truly deserving of one. I am in Sydney for work and happened to come across this place near my apartment. It may not look like much from the outside, but it is always bustling with customers. I ordered a small sashimi dish and a miso soup for lunch, and I was blown away by the freshness of the sashimi. The miso soup was also delicious. I only wish I had more time to explore the rest of the menu.

The staff at this restaurant is amazing, and my favorite dish to order is the chicken katsu don. The sushi rolls are also very good. I highly recommend this place!

The Korean boss welcomes me kindly. I'll eat well. I haven't eaten yet. ^

Small menu but delicious food with reasonable prices! Definitely recommend! From your local Newy foodie!
