Best Kebab Takeaway Newcastle

I've ordered from here very regularly (tends to be my weekend treat) and I have not had a bad experience, there's been a bit of inconsistency in flavour of the meals but aside from that the delivery guys are outstanding (on a handful of occasions there've been forgotten items, they go back for it, or call me later and bring it to me) and even recommended I buy from their main website to get cheaper deals! This has become my go-to kebab house. Meal type: Dinner

Really bad service, customer service was horrible. In addition, the food was in poor condition. In short, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

If I could of put 0 stars I would of worst food and customer service I’ve ever received , sent me 2 out of date ,grey kebabs that absolutely reeked !! When i rang and asked for a refund the man on the phone was rude and said I was lying then after arguing for about 10 minutes of him accusing me of being in the wrong and he said he’d send me new and “fresh food” over an hour later nothing I ring up and he said I need wait another hour or 2! Asked for refund and was hung up on 3 times do not order here unless you want food poisoning and abuse !!!

I found the menu to be misleading, with strange pricing and portion sizes that didn't make much sense. While that was somewhat frustrating, the real issue came when I got home to eat my meal and discovered a hair in it. Overall, the food quality was quite poor as well.
