Zapatista Burrito Ridley Place

I've been dining here for years and always order the sweet potato chili filling, adding cheese or sour cream instead of guacamole. The burritos are especially generous and highly customizable. They occasionally feature special vegan fillings, like a jackfruit option that I recently enjoyed. However, one thing that has frustrated me since the COVID pandemic is that when ordering for delivery, the option to substitute guacamole is no longer available. You can only order food within the confines of a deal, and this usually requires a large burrito that I find too big for my appetite. This review is an update from my previous one on January 3, 2022.

Whether it's for a cozy dinner at night or a casual lunch, that's my favorite place to eat.

Several vegan options available, but I skip the filling and get black beans with rice and vegetables in my burrito. free guac on her burrito when vegan. cholula on every table is a really nice note

Tested a package or two from the catering truck on a food festival. it really is worth trying:

Cool little Mexican style café. Had an amazing rice bowl with sweet potato chilli, salsa, onions, peppers, lettuce, guacamole. Really tasty. Very filling and great value. Had 3 meals plus a drink each for £20.
