Silk Room Restaurant & Champagne Bar

This spot is great for a night out. The food is amazing and would definitely recommend the lamb. Amazing service and hospitality shown by the staff. Will be back soon

We were coming to Newcastle for our 25th Anniversary and booked here as it looked perfect for us unfortunately, they cancelled with 5 days notice. Not sure we'll be able to re book at such short notice for a Saturday night Really disappointed

Looking at the glowing reviews on this site, I did double-check that I was giving feedback on the same place. I had heard many positive reports about this restaurant in its heyday, but sadly, that period seems to have passed. It was OK. Plenty of room for walk-ins on the evening that I was there.

Absolutely loved our evening at Silk Room, we just got engaged prior to arriving and the staff put lots of effort to ensure we had a special night. Each course was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. Thank you to all at Silk Room,will definately be back

My wife and I went to this restaurant last night and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, the champagne cocktails were incredible, and the waitstaff was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and plan on returning next week to celebrate our anniversary.
