Pret A Manger - Newcastle upon Tyne

I had to fall my review of stars to star because the leader of the pret office this beautiful caffe is still best in newcastle and the staff are always attentive and friendly, but head office plonkers have decided to help the environment by no longer making their display cases that sound more like "ining their bags" since the croissants etc., now cold, still costs. really stupid and mean and pamper the place. probably the employees are now colder unless the head office increases the charge heating! also, see below, head office have instructed employees to cover many of the windows with irritating pointless posters! very clever! take a caffe that is the main quality it is wonderful view of the city and block the windows. customers are now miserable behind virtual blackout, in the hope that a clear window is available pret head office occupied by complete idiots! I would like to invade their workspace and restaurant and make some changes! see how they like it! big fail pret

As in the pret sit with coffee or matcha latte, like shops everywhere, but at least they know what they get. like sitting in the window on the grainger road and watching the world by.

Had coffee and beautiful cheese and ham pasties for a snack. clean during..fast service despite busy.nie fails...and their baked goods are so delicious.

We decided to give an breakfast stop here, because the weather was nice and we. the service was fast, the personal friendly and polite. coffee was hot as the roasted sandwich and speck croissant, both very tasty.

Had a toasted falafel wrap for lunch. it was pretty decent, basically exactly the same as you get from any Pret anywhere, so nice but not amazing. Staff were very friendly.
