Khans - Newcastle upon Tyne

We have ordered food from this restaurant twice, both times opting for delivery. Unfortunately, on both occasions, our order arrived with a dish missing. The first time, we were able to contact the restaurant and they delivered the missing dish 20 minutes later. However, the second time we had guests over and could not wait for the missing item. It is disappointing to pay a premium price for a meal only to find that it is incomplete. The quality of the food is exceptional, but the repeated errors in our orders have left us feeling like we have been taken advantage of. As much as we enjoy the food, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Making the same mistake once is forgivable, but twice is unacceptable. We are sorry to have to make this decision.

First time I visited here and it was honestly outstanding.If I had to be critical of anything maybe starter portion could have been bigger but the taste was superb .The curries and Nan bread were amazing and they also do home made chips

Great food and the waiter Salik was great, he was very knowledgeable about the food and gave great recommendations. Brilliant service!

Oh my god! That’s the first thing come to my head. It’s my first Asian food encounter in Newcastle and this place was beyond my expectations. We actually came for my husbands birthday coz he loves Asian cuisine, definitely this place impressed him. In fact, the portion was sooo big which we couldn’t complete so decided to take home.
