When I unwrapped the meal, it looked unappetizing. The doner meat was very fatty with lots of gristle, and the chips were tasteless. I only ate two chips because there weren't many to begin with. The garlic sauce was not to my liking and unlike any I have ever tasted before. The whole meal cost £3.99, which some people might enjoy, but it was not for me.

I ordered cod with chips, haggis, and a large curry. I shared the meal with my mom, and she had 80% of the curry sauce while I enjoyed the haggis by myself. The chips were delicious, the fish portion was generous and had a flaky texture with a light and crunchy batter. The curry sauce was outstanding, and the haggis was decent. Despite the one-star reviews I've seen, I have had positive experiences at this chippy over the years. Overall, it's a good place to eat.

Terrible experience. Waited 2 hours for delivery of 2 fish and chips, only to have them arrive cold. The customer service was awful - when I called to complain, the girl actually hung up on me.

Had to repeat order several times even though I had paid and placed order with only three people in the due with three members of staff I only wants kebab and chips and pie, chips gravy and mushy peas because and a bag of batter because I had to repeat my order to get it right she got snappy I did not bite and they still got it wrong I finally got the order right for low quality food kebab was rank my friend had a bite of the pie and spat it out it was like jelly not flaky as it should be you can tell Jocelyn wasn't there as quality control was shocking
