Ordered a takeaway box once they ran a pop-up store at Fenwick. Tasty and not too spicy.
Excellent food and service. Will be back and can't recommend enough. Prefer it to the one in Jesmond, only because of location. Usually stick to vegetarian dishes as I don't trust the quality of meat when I eat out but tried my friends chicken starter and I'd definitely have it for myself.
Awesome place to be for Indian food. Dosa, Paneer, Chiken... And lots of Indian snacks like Bhel Puri, Vada Pav, Puri Bomb (Dahi Puri), Samosa Chat, etc... Lots of options... Food was very tasty. It will super satisfy your taste buds. When I visited the outlet, they have option of 5 Dishes for 20£. 3 for 13£. Chai and Lassi kinda options are also available.
Stayed in Newcastle on a Sunday on our way to Edinburgh and didn't realize how late it was when we arrived. We were starving and desperately trying to find decent food at 10pm and were recommended Dabbawal. They let us order even though the kitchen closed in 7 minutes. We got the chef's choice and cocktails and everything was amazing. Probably the best Indian food I've ever had. Great value for the prices. The manager and staff were incredibly kind, even though we arrived 30 minutes before they closed. 10/10, thank you for taking great care of us.
