Unfortunately baristas are rude and every time I have been in there they have made the wrong drink or not bothered to heat the milk up before adding it to the coffee so the coffee is lukewarm at best. Go to St. Mary's place instead, so much better!
Stood in the queue, waiting to place our order for our drinks and noticed that one of the brass pendant lamps over the counter was covered in a relatively thick layer of dust. Looked around and noticed that, pretty much everything on and behind the counter was also covered in dust. The very obvious cobwebs in one of the counter displays pretty much inspired us to leave the queue and go elsewhere. Didn't see a great deal of acknowledged food hygiene practice being demonstrated either. It's a mess. If you're charging ultra premium prices, £3.70 for a doughnut), at least make the place half-decent for people to feel comfortable with what they're getting and what they're paying for. Avoid.
Slow slow service . Just two barristers on , long queue . I really shouldn’t have bothered . Location is ok hence the one star . Won’t be going back
Called in cafe Nero last week for a festive caramel latte.to have inside.the girl took payment.she gave it to me with.whipped cream.i said can I have salted caramel on.she said we have ran out.i called in today asked for the same.i asked for whipped cream.he said we have ran out.but they had salted caramel.why don't they tell you this before they take your money.i should have asked for a refund.but after standing.in a que that never seems to go down for nearly half an hour.i needed a sit down.shambles of a place.
