Very nice Christmas lunch and superb customer service

Excellent service and excellent eating. all employees pleasant and helpful. in any case back soon.

A regular in cafe 21 and it is usually top notch, but not this time, table service was not on the standard that I unfortunately expected.

It feels more like a camp square than a beautiful place for afternoon tea. cramming tables next to the elevator while taking am through it was not what I would expect on Christmas night. in any case would not return and was a disappointment.

This is one of my favourite places to visit but I was a little disappointed this time. I had booked a table and arrived on time but was stood waiting to be seated for quite a long time. Several members of staff saw me waiting but didn’t acknowledge me which I think is plain rude. They also used to give you bread and butter but that didn’t happen this time.
