The Crown Thistle

This local pub is fantastic. They offer seven handpull real ales, a great selection of lagers, and an impressive variety of whiskeys and gins. It has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly bar staff, plenty of seating, and a lovely beer garden for enjoying summer evenings. Overall, this pub deserves top marks.

Very freindly and polite staff. Good service and a good selection of beers. Only thing held me back from a higher star rating was because I wad dissapointed that there was no food available. Would have been top marks if they had.

Love this place, great atmosphere good choice of beers. Also do table service so no one standing at the bar you can see what beers are on.

Just popped in for a drink one evening a couple of weeks ago and the people and staff are so friendly they made us so welcome it was a pleasure. Thank you

It 's nice to go into a 'proper ' pub these days. Comfortable and friendly place, well run with good staff. Dog friendly too. If we lived closer we would make it our local!
