I have used this load for years and the staff is generally good, but today after the checkout process the rude lady says, drag her mask up, I pulled it down easily as my face was so hot and I said to her,...second my face is red hot I will do it in a minute she answered rudely that she did not go it now as I did it go. I don't go shopping to be insulted, and because you can't ring them directly, I'll go to the shop on Monday and complain personally. is, while I wait for her to go through my shopping, she goes her friends from behind by her instead of doing her job and serving me. best I don't have to wear masks, but I do that by my own strength. very rude, but I will not leave it.
I have been shopping at Sainsburys’ in Newcastle-under-Lyme for a few years, and that is the second time that I was ordered by excessive staff in the shop. about pm, I have mutated the walk to sainsbury’s, although that was all weather. but clement. When I approached the nearby entrance/exit, I heard that the security person has dismissed a customer for a care and I was then instructed to run a barrier by that person. this load repeatedly changes the entrance and the exits that confuse the customer, the last time I visited, I could only get on and off on the other side. another customer slowed down in front of me because he knew one of the loading staff outside and began to talk to them, then I slowed down to be cognisant for social distancing; on whom the Security Agent ordered me to keep two meters apart. I said this person they were outrageous because I was two meters apart. there was then a difference of opinion that culminated in the security person and said: still a word of you and I will ask you to leave the load that I then left, the load of my own life. it seems that some workers in their newly founded make rework that allows them to order people around. on the way out, the security person concerned refused to give me their names or any details when I said I would make a complaint. I have requested that sainsburys ceo mike coupe explain their policy to it. sainsburys in general have never received such bad presse. they can now do what they like with their newly founded pandemic clout. Finally we have to eat, right?
This is one of the most beautiful sainsburys. regale are always full on stock and business is clean. the staff are friendly and never a long wait for the cash.
We have ate in this cafe quite a few times over the years. We have highlighted problems with staff understanding of allergens to the manager and recommended some basic training. However the message hasnt got through and cafe staff have little or no understanding of...the impact.of allergens to some people. Communication between cashier, kitchen staff and serving staff is very very poor. This is an accident waiting to happen. Come on managers sort this out. It isnt rocket science.
