New Star Kebab House

I went into the restaurant feeling famished, being on the heavier side it's not hard to work up an appetite. I ordered a kebab and was disappointed to receive a greasy, oil-filled wrap. Come on, the owner needs to step up their game.

I have had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I placed an order at a certain time, but my food never arrived. I tried calling multiple times, but they never picked up. They charged me for the order, but I never received the food. The next day, when I went to the restaurant to explain the situation, one man was aggressive and abusive, while another was helpful and refunded my money. However, when I checked my bank account again, the money had been taken out once more. I have tried contacting them again with no response. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times after getting home late from work and always get the same thing: chips, cheese and beans, onion rings, and a tub of sweetcorn relish. However, I have been disappointed because they have forgotten to include my sweetcorn relish multiple times now. This causes me to not enjoy the onion rings, as they are too dry without it. The food is good, but this repetitive problem needs to be addressed.

After a night at the Rigger my partner and I fancied a takeaway on the walk home. My partner had chips and cheese and i ordered piece chicken and chips (big mistake). Now i've had pizzas from Star before and they've been good and...both mine and my other halfs chips were good but the chicken was dreadful. How they have the audacity to call that southern fried i'll never know. In my experience I had friend to death chicken and chips. The chicken was bland and rubbery. Whilst I didn't enjoy my chicken I have had good meals from Star in the past and hope this was just a bad night.
