Contribuiți la feedbackThree items were missing from my order. One mistake could be attributed to human error, but three missing items is unacceptable. It appears they hire individuals of all abilities, as this level of incompetence is indicative of an equal opportunities employer.
Yet another 20 minutes wait for an app order, which was missing a double quarter, meaning we paid £7.59 for fries and a drink. No point going back to wait while the rest of the meal goes cold. I don’t know why I continue to order from here.
Long wait seems more bothered about delivery was ignored come cold said ord was ready sat thare for ages dealing with delivery orders never go again
Broke 10 years of me being vegeterian. Waited half an hour for them to give me chicken when I’m veggie, messed up the dip too. They put chicken in my order! If you take that long on an order at least get it right! Wasn’t the only one waiting, so many people were waiting and sweating buckets because they’d left their coats on from coming from the cold thinking it would be a quick nip in and out. But nooooo. B awful. If I could give this no star I would. Breaking 10 years of being a vegetarian. I was fuming.
Just wanted to say after visiting McDonald's this afternoon it was madness bt there was 1 staff member who went above and beyond to sort it his name was Ash absolutely brilliant should be a manager
