Sonic Drive-in - Newcastle

They are closed. I submitted my mobile order and it charged me. Drove all the way over there and they’re doing construction. No sign or anything. Even google says they are open. I had to call Sonic’s customer service to get my refund. I like this location normally, but there was no communication such as a sign or the app saying they were closed. Disappointing. Also, they open much later due to low staffing as compared to many other Sonic locations.

Listen here Landen I just got off work aggravated and got stopped at sonics to grab food what I got was a recharge. Landen was so professional from order to delivery. Smile on face thank you !!! The atmosphere was in the 100's! But the people were bringing food out promptly and as ordered, food was great (the cheese sticks weren't over cooked). I will stop again when I'm in the area.
