Qfc - Newcastle

Jayda helped me with a coupon issues for my tangerines. I did the wrong thing but Jayda happily helped me grab the right coupon and issued a correction in price after. i've always received good customer service here where they go just above and beyond the extra mile, and happily so, even for any of my mistakes- so wanted to write a thanks

Food is not selective as in kirkland downtown store. The store has no positive energy at all. Looking old and dull. They must renew the whole store as soon as possible. Thevlights are horrible. You see the toulet doors open during your grocery shopping. Disappointed and disgusting I am going to metropolitan market to have my grocories.

This QFC might not look like much from either the outside or the inside, but it's actually quite magical...even when I go on a Saturday, there seem to be parking spots open close to the entrance, and they always seem to have the nice small carts available right inside the door. (Maybe I just have good luck, but I'll take it! Both their prices and their stock/selection of products are better than the Safeway across the street. The folks on checkout are stand-out good, especially with customer service. Also in general, the Kroger pay thing in the app is really convenient. All in all better than Safeway.

Literally the most helpful and kind staff on earth. My favorite place to shop for groceries. Look for great deals on cheese!
