Pizza Barn - Newcastle

We got rib eyes. Very tasty. Almost too much food.Great service. ?

This place used to be amazing. Something has recently changed for the worse. Dined in and was told any appetizers that were cooked in pizza oven would be a 45 min wait due to backed up togo pizza orders. They were only opened for 45 min, but ok. They didn't have baked potatoes and the prime rib didn't appear fresh ,but leftover and was served luke warm. Salad bar was lacking and potato salad looked really old with a skin and dry. Soup wasn't soup at all but more of a rice caserol (no stock). Overall just ok this time but not worth what the check was. Staff were friendly and courteous. Will try again maybe with fingers crossed.

Food was good, service great. Good gluten free options. Building is a little run down but still the best option in town.

Out of the way pizza joint. Very nice staff. Pizza was fabulous and the Popeye Burger was great!

While I was waiting, a waitress came to the front, and the hostess quietly apologized for the delays, to which the waitress replied that it was "not our problem." Such a dismissive attitude, especially in front of customers, is unacceptable. My pizza finally arrived 50 minutes after the promised time and not once did anyone acknowledge the delay or offer an apology the entire time I was there, even when I paid the bill. I wasn't the only customer left waiting, and it's shocking that no one offered an apology or that a manager didn't step in to address the situation. Overall, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
