Made 4 room reservations to arrive late in the evening (between 10pm and midnight). We hit a bull elk so we didn 't arrive until about 3:30am. They said they auto-cancelled our rooms at 2am and now had no rooms available! After calling the manager in (who was very rude), they finally admitted they only had 2 rooms available! I would not rely on their reservation being honored! Rooms were below average and very over-priced. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 5

Where shall I start. Well thats it for the good remarks. The stay here was anything but enjoyable. The staff at the front desk are very argumentative, rude, and very disrespectful. I have never seen such unprofessional attitudes displayed from management all the way down to the housekeeping staff. As for the room goes it was somewhat clean but the towels smelt like mildew and the washcloths were stained. When I had asked for a full clean on the room all that was done was bed made without sheet change, towels were exchanged for more mildew smelling ones and washcloths were stained again, and they didnt leave a shower mat for the floor outside the shower. Didnt clean the shower, sink area was left dirty, and the toilet wasnt cleaned, but the trash was removed. Also the housekeeping staff did leave the door UNLATCHED, therfore leaving the room unlocked. Had asked for the full clean service 3 times and never had the full clean service for the entire 13 day stay. The breakfast, well that is less than appetizing no matter how you doctor it. I have never been treated so poorly at any other places that I have stayed while working. Seriously UNDERWELMED and Appalled. The good comment will be that I had forgot something in my room after checkout and they took it to the office so I could return and retrieve the item. Location: 5

I usually travel with a big trailer. The parking and location was great for me. No pull throughs but I usually have to uncouple even if there are. The price was reasonable and access to the restaurant, without having to drive, was the deciding factor for this stay. I stayed two nights. The fitness center was amazing. After a long day of driving with three kids, we booked a room online. When we arrived we were told that there was a mistake but not to worry. They didn't have any more rooms that we booked available, but she did have a room for us. After a few minutes we had arr key-cards and on our way to our room for the night. The front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. The burgers at the restaurant are delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again in the future. We were given 2 rooms next to the pool- which doesn’t close until 10:00- very loud with kids throwing balls at our door and windows. Rooms smell like a swimming pool and sheets were damp like high humidity. Rooms were freezing and thermostats didn’t work. Manager too busy to help- front desk clerk unfriendly. Asked for decent rooms and were denied . Has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed and it wasn’t cheap!!! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! These rooms should never be rented out! Use them for storage. Look at the picture of the pool and you can see the 2 rooms we were given!! 3 feet from the pool! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
