The Poynt - Newburyport

Visiting from out of town for a wedding. It was a sunny morning so we sat outside which was great. The Spence and mushroom frittata were delicious. They were a little busy so service was a little slow but we were fine with that. Great spot for brunch as well. We'll stop in for sure the next time we're in Newburyport! Very good restaurant, excellent cocktails menu. The pizzas are very good, salads are good, and the beignets are excellent.

This place was great, the atmosphere the food as well as the staff. My meal was messed up by getting the special hangar steak and not the steak and frites. They quickly got my correct meal to me and didn’t charge me for it. I also got some drinks (a seasonal old fashioned) as well as a couple normal ones. The place was packed on a Saturday night and I heard they were understaffed. That didn’t really seem to effect my experience so that’s good. Also the s’mores dessert pizza was so good, and was very filling as well. Will definitely go here again when I’m in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
