Famous Pizza Newburyport

The pizza here is truly exceptional, and the salad is equally delightful. However, we were not satisfied with the French fries since they were pre-packaged and had a crunchy batter. We were hoping for regular potato fries instead!It is important to note that this establishment offers gourmet pizza, and as a result, the prices are set accordingly at $25 per pie, our bill for 2 Pizzas, 2 French Fries and 1 Salad was almost $80.While we appreciate and are willing to pay for high-quality food, we understand that this may not be the ideal pizza place for families on a budget with young children who are simply looking to feed their little ones. Parking: Plenty of Parking! Kid-friendliness: Very Pricey if you are on a Budget!

Did an online order, picked up the pizza brought it home went to grab a piece not what we ordered and definitely wouldn’t eat as it has meat on it! We called said they would make another one but we’re 25 minutes away. Wasn’t driving back. Very disappointed in the lack of caring or options other than a credit for next time!

This place sucks , they should go out of business , I bought a small pizza was very expensive , cold, food was terrible, not friendly

I had my chicken parmesan sandwich at Famous Pizza. I liked my chicken parmesan sandwich. My favorite was the chicken parmesan sandwich. I would like to come again with my family and have my chicken parmesan sandwich.

It's a shame I can't give them 0 stars.Ordered several pizzas, subs, and a salad worth for 5 people. Waited 45 minutes to have the driver leave the food on the front steps in the beginning of January when its 25 degrees outside!!!No knock at the door or phone call just a text from a random number that was sent who knows how long after they put it there.Of course the food was ice cold.When I called the store to say how ridiculous this is the managers response was to tell me some people don't answer their doors or phones so its acceptable to do it this way. Disgusting. I should have just lit the $90 I spent on fire since it would have done a better job at keeping whatever dinner I could have made warm.I've been getting takeout from Famous for 20+ years and will never order any of their ridiculously overpriced food ever again after this kick in the teeth level of customer service. Scam!
