Burger King - Newburgh

Avoid going to this restaurant during lunchtime. When I went, there was a group of diners waiting inside with no one assisting them. The staff was only focusing on the drive-thru and didn't bother to help anyone else. I eventually had to leave and go elsewhere, and it seemed like I wasn't the only one. If the restaurant can't hire competent staff, they should consider closing their doors and letting a McDonald's take over.

Friendly staff and good quality food, by BK standards. You could totally bring a laptop here and get some work done. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a bit far from me, and as such would not be my first choice due to travel distance alone. But if you're in the area and you're looking for fast food, this place isn't a bad choice at all. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had an interesting night at Burger King for dinner with my kid using a coupon. I went through the drive-thru to place my order but was interrupted halfway through. When I tried to continue my order, the staff member couldn't hear me clearly and asked me to pull up to the window. When I tried to explain that I wasn't finished with my order, another staff member rudely told me to go back around. My wife tried to explain our situation but the young employee was very disrespectful. The manager tried to rectify the situation but the rude staff member should be fired. It's disappointing to see why artificial intelligence is replacing these kinds of jobs. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and I decided not to order any food. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s someone’s job to post the accurate hours of this place. Hurry up and do that and let me know when i can come back to give this place (hopefully) not a one-star review.

The Italian original had no cheese, the bread taste very old and the chicken nuggets taste Old too they will never see me again and if I get food poisoning I will take them to court. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
