Kfc - Newbridge

We went to KFC in Newbridge on 30/07/21 to celebrate my dad's birthday and spent €72. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that the gravy had leaked out as it was not wrapped properly. We had to throw everything away. I called KFC to explain what happened to the manager, Ricardo, who was very rude to me. He told me to go away and said disrespectful things about Irish people. I told him it was my dad's birthday, but he didn't care. Ricardo, you are a terrible person. This was our first and last time at KFC. I hope your dad has a better birthday than mine, as we ended up making sandwiches at home and my dad enjoyed them. You are truly a horrible person, Ricardo.

Yesterday a hungry couple we where and the top pieces of chicken looked ok but diving in deep and we drowned in KFC oil , Not good bad service and a disgusting way to treat food , oil and overcooked chips

The place is very dirty service was dreadful food order was wrong staff were argumentative refused to give me my proper order.very disappointed will never eat here again.

The last time I ate in KFC Newbridge was six months ago, the food was terrible then and I went back tonight and the food was awful, the staff were under pressure and felt sorry for them, food was very slow coming and what's with the Fries are just horrible, definitely will not be back again.....EVER

Went in here tonight with four hungry boys waited for 15 minutes and still no service it was not a bit busy so we left and went to McDonald's very busy here but no waiting never again
