Oh. My. God. The food. The oh so mouthwatering delicious food. The super friendly staff!! This is my new favourite restaurant.

Food, service and atmosphere is always brilliant. The Sushi trays can be a work of art which makes it almost a shame to eat. Most of the menu can be made Gluten Free for those that require it.

Went to Fujiyama for the first with my husband. It was his first time at a Japanese restaurant, so he wasn't sure what to expect. The restaurant is cute, warm, and inviting as soon as you enter, and I found the staff to be friendly and super efficient. We ordered miso soup, chicken gyoza, chicken katsu curry, and the smoked salmon and cream cheese Norimaki. Not only was the presentation but it all tasted so fresh and delicious. We will absolutely be back.

This place is without a doubt one of the best places to eat in newbridge, food is always great and staff are always nice!
