Jack In The Box - Newberg

Jacob! was the man, a long night when the DD threw me to Jack in the box drive. Jacob's attitude was amazing, he took early on the voices in the background were different. His performance level then increased the Notch! He was so brilliant and funny that he cries my wife from laughter! Jacob was perfect in every way and made the night. We hope for another meeting with the best staff I've ever met!

Just a simple drive thru run today, but I wanted to make sure that the staff knew that I was happy to see them smile. Great job today! It could take a lot of work to smile through a face mask, but you were able to do it.

Just in the drive-dru line behind a Karen tries to use coupons that cannot find out their problems while screaming at the inside staff and refusing to move as desired, so they could give us our food as it was ready. They finally gave her their food free so that she would go, but she still sat in blocking the way until she had asked to go again. They also came out and even apologised that we heard the terrible lady before us. Best customer service we've seen for a long time! I'm so sorry you had to deal with her!

Good menu choices and many favorites to choose. I don't always know what I want until I get there. It is probably one of my 2nd favorite fast food places to eat a fast good bite.

Showed up later in the evening 7 pm on a weekday. Very courteous staff and clean facilities. The bathrooms were cleaned to perfection, nothing on the tables, and the floors were swept. The hamburger (a Jumbo Jack) off of their value menu was really quite good especially for the cost. Didn't taste like traditional processed food. The date was 1/11/18.
