Horrible staff coordination they send every 1st customer at the window to the end

Go there on Friday am to get an iced coffee. 2 fridays in a row.. Well first Friday the bottom of my coffee was floating with coffee chunks. Came up in my straw.. yuck. Had to drive back to return it for another. Second Friday same issue. Yuck again..Will not be going back there again..Thanks but no thanks.Signed disgruntled..

Can't say anything about atmosphere. I went through the drive thru. But they were speedy and my food was hot. That's a switch from what I'm used to from McDonald's. :

As a rule, don't order anything that's special. Drinks are never done the same here as they are at so many other McDonald's.

I love this McDonald's! I often come to Newaygo early in the morning needing a place to work, so this is where I end up. The Wi-Fi is good, and the workers are very friendly. They sometimes even wander by to ask me if I want a refill on my coffee!
