They made my order wrong. I spoke to a manager about the phone that advised me to come back and they would certainly give me the right order and a coffee. I returned and received a completely different breakfast sandwich than what the manager assured me I would get. it was not free, it cost my time, gas, which money. just to deliberately something else than what I ordered, and what I paid. the customer service skills and operational practices of newark wendy on the jumpfield avenue must be improved immediately. I just heard how great her new breakfast line is. I regret trying. will not happen again.
Great burger and pommes. with good things comes with overcrowded drive in and in the dinning. the prices are somewhat high and the service is ok.
Mostly my order is good, but recently I ordered about it and a baconator fries and 10 pieces chicken nuggets missing I called the load and they said we need to pick it up after we already paid about isn't $8 for the delivery I paid $17 for my order and only $9 worth of food plus it took an hour to get my food.
I was really impressed the food was actually cooked to perfection. So proud of this hood restaurant. I recommend this Wendy's anytime.
