Mcdonald's - Newark

I have been to this restaurant multiple times, but the service today was absolutely terrible. I ordered at the counter and had a table service, but the two girls working there were shouting out order numbers loudly. The food was not well-prepared, my chicken deluxe sandwiches were soggy and falling apart. I also had to ask for extra napkins and ketchup, which were not provided. The staff seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and will not be returning. They definitely need better customer service training.

Good service. but one of the bathrooms was out of order.

I literally wait for 5 min from register and the girl refused to take my order because it must be done on the kiosk. and they only have 1 of them. dreadful service and eating is always evil, so I am glad I didn't get this **** first. they would get a 0 if I could give them that. terrible!

I come here to pick up for a friend , is good place but I don't eat Mac Donald sorry

Compared to other McDonald's locations, the food here is slightly below average. Moreover, when ordering online, whether you order one meal or three, they limit the amount of ketchup to a total of five packets, which is unreasonable. Imposing restrictions on condiments overall is simply stingy and reflects poor customer service.
