Ihop - Newark

From the moment I walked in I was provided with excellent customer service My waitress Samantha was awesome and sweet! The food was to die for!!! I had the sirloin steak tips with mashed potatoes and corn!!! If you ever come to Newark, New Jersey i definitely recommend stopping here both food and employees are great!!

I entered the empty restaurant at 12:35. I was seated at 12:40 pm. After two waitresses walked back and forth aimlessly I finally asked can someone take my order at 12:59 I finally asked can someone take my order. My order was taken and I was told my tropical island punch would be brought out while I wait for meal. It is now 1:19pm and I now have my drink and food. The service sucks and the food is nasty. I had to hurry and eat because I took my medication minutes before coming in. I would never ever dine here again.

It was clean and nice. I got there at night and was almost empty, just 2 more tables and myself. The waitress was very attentive and service was good. Food was also good. Bacon was too greasy for me but it was okay. Location is great since it was 1 block away from my hotel, Courtyard Newark Downtown. Though, I was confused with pricing cause was suppose to pay $24 and ended up paying $27. My bad cause I did not ask why and left. Check ur tickets and make questions, just in case.

I went the day after the bad bunny concert and it was pretty busy. But the service was still great. We were taken care of promptly and it was a very comforting place. The food and coffee were really good. Thank you!

The Staff was awesome. Samantha was Great and Awesome hospitality. Speedy. Food was hot and Accurate. The staff so willing to accommodate our needs. I love it here
