Saucy Vegan Cluck

I ordered Saucy Vegan Cluck for me and my friends (two of us vegan). One of our friends had a peanut allergy so we called the restaurant to ask if there was peanut oil in the food. We were told there was "salad oil" in it which we had never heard of (the person on the other end of the phone also didnt know what it was, but later clarified it was soybean and canola oil). For our own edification we looked up "salad oil" and found a documentary on YouTube about the Salad Oil Scandal of 1963 which motivated me and my friends to look up other weird documentaries and we ended up spending the evening watching Finders Keepers about this guy who bought a storage unit and found a mummified human leg which belonged to this guy who lost it in a plane crash and was also a drug addict and they went on Judge Mathis to fight over the dried up leg, and the guy who bought the storage unit might get divorced? Anyways the food was alright! And definitely peanut-free. The teryaki tango tenders had a little too much sauce.

I was so excited when I saw this place, and its not bad, but for fellow veggies who were psyched about good, vegan fried chicken, its literally just a freezer aisle round patty on a nice bun.

THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I got two vegan chicken sandwiches from these guys just to try them out.... Straight and absolute garbage... The picture shows a huge piece of "vegan" chicken poking out the sides of the bun. But in reality what i got was this small sorry looking store bought chicken patty on a bun that was dryer than my DMs. Please avoid this place at all costs. And doordash remove this!!!

I literally paid for the "signature BBQ sauce and didnt get it". The Vegan Chicken Nuggets are literally the impossible chicken Nuggets that you can get at the grocery store and the French Fries are barely okay. The entire order is mediocre at best and not worth any amount of money. Bare burger sells much better quality Nuggets that comes with a variety of sauces and options. Im sorry that I tried something new. Wont happen again with this restaurant.

The vegan chicken in the pictures looks so plump and crispy. Ihatatrived via DoorDash was a tiny mushy patty that didnt even fit the bun. False advertising
