Food Lovers

If I could give a null rating I would. What a terrible experience. This Food Lovers ' Eatery is conveniently located from my office building, so I frequently buy food there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Today I bought their fruit cup and a weighed hot meal and left. When I was about to eat the fruit, I noticed that the grape had mold which was unfortunate. Went back to report the issue and the way the manager handled the situation was very disrespectful. Do you want a refund or another one? The tone was giving I don 't care and so demeaning. What if I ate the fruit? He literally walked away when I asked that and ordered the cashier to give me a R40 voucher and for her to get my email only because my friend politely called him out and told her of how much of an inconvenience the entire situation was. You can 't offer me another one. At the very least apologise and ensure that your quality is aligned with your prices.

Very convenient and friendly staff. Nice variety and good quality sandwiches and sushi. Also some nice cakes but not enough grocery items.

They basically are the best place to go to for food supplies. Clean and tidy, organized and friendly staff.

Made a brief stop there for light refreshments including freshly squeezed carrot juice and a snack. There was so much food stuff to choose from within the complex and the area was busy with the lunchtime flow of people. It was good that there is a space set aside with benches to sit and eat and so one did not have to have a take away. The till operators were fast and efficient and the long queue moved very swiftly. For a quick and fresh light snack- it's well worth a visit.

This is our go to place for a great Lunch break, then stock up with everything we need for a week at home. We sure miss it we when leave. But coming home permanently in May, 2020!! See you there!!!.
