By the way, tapas are small dishes that are served in all restaurants and bars in Spain. In the 13th century Spain, travelers throughout the land, stopped at the inns that peppered the land. The inn keepers to protect the drinks from flies would cover the drinks with small pieces of bread, or cheese. The word tapas literally means “lids”. Enjoy!
