Terrible service despite being fully staffed and not busy. Food was disappointing.

Service was excellent and attentive. The cocktails from the bar were good enough, but could have been a little better. I wish there were more menu and appetizers options for dietary restrictions, but our server (Ethan) was especially helpful.

Waiter was friendly and very attentive. Food came out quickly and correctly. It was quiet enough for us to enjoy our meal and our conversations. Manager came by to check on us, which is always nice to experience. Will surely be back.

Our family (9 total) spent the afternoon at the Main Event with our grandchildren, niece and nephew, my daughter and son-in-law. It was loud and chaotic and wanted a calm restaurant for a good meal. We decided to try Brio since it was close by. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the dining room. Our server did a great job with our orders (especially from the kids) and was on point with our meals and not rushing us. We would definitely come back for a nice calm dinner after a crazy kid experience

Spicy shrimp good but very salty due to olives and artichoke hearts.
