101 Fish & Chips - Newark

First time here and was not disappointed. Food is reasonably priced compared to other locations and current market. The fish was crispy inside and out and the prawns were delicious. I went around 5pm, placed order and out within 15 mintues. Hours posted online were accurate. Place was easy to find and parking not a problem. The place is made to order, take out only. #supportlocalbusinesses

If you're craving fish and chips this place hits the spot. Everything is pretty much hand dipped. Love the mixed veggies. Got chicken nuggets for the kids, expecting something frozen and deep fried, nope hand dipped boneless pieces of chicken. Hand made Cole slaw. Hand packed tar-tar sauce, malt vinegar. The sweet and sour has a nice hint of heat. Decent prices and decent portions.

Love my Newark fish n chips. Good fish at affordable prices

This place is never open when you want it. I guess I'll never try. Sad, because Bob's Hoagie Steaks is closed, there are no reliable good fish chips anymore.
