Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

While picking up a delivery during inclement weather tonight, I went through the drive thru and asked if I could be handed the order through the window. This was at 10:45pm. I was told no, because it was company policy. When entering the front door I noticed a wet sign off to the right side, however it should have been placed over the actual wet spot which was in front of the main entrance leading inside. My feet slipped from under me and thankfully I managed not to fall on my back. I’m sure if you have footage from inside you can verify the safety hazard occurring. to add, personnel need to be taught to place wet signs on actual wet spots to prevent safety hazards and injury. During inclement weather such as heavy rainfall and lightning within the vicinity, employees should place safety first for customers to include delivery drivers.

The Triple Steakburger was superb! Love their Freddy’s sauce too. Grab a bottle of their sauce while Inwas here too.

I ordered a burger with everything on itGot only meat and onion. Ordered fries got onion rings. Workers- they were kids playing laughing just crazy and very unpleasant place. I will never go back to this place. Worst I ever had. 5 thumbs down

Our food was so tasty. 4 adults and 3 kids and we had the best time. The kids got sundaes and loved them.

Very nice employee at the window. Seems like the order box needs to be replaced because it was too difficult to place our order. Grateful she read our order back to us because I was afraid it would be completely wrong. Burger was way too salty. Our cheese sauce wasn't in the bag (costs extra). The ranch is not good. Fries are delicious. The wait was 25 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. The food was disappointing and the wait is too long. Go somewhere else.
