Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Newalla

Ok so my food wasn’t the best but under the circumstances I understand. Fries way over salted and the chicken fingers were old but holly smokes the manager guy on duty is fantastic. He was training about 4 new hire when I went in a few days ago and it was a total cluster of crazy with the new hires just standing around and not working and needing direction so he really was doing everything almost. The one rang me up for food and shakes, gave me my food and never made my shakes so I stood on the lobby waiting 20 minutes before I asked the manager if he could check on my shakes.I watched this guy run the drive thru window, make several shakes and ice cream, handle the lobby customers while all trying to direct the new hires what to do. One new hire even walked up to him trying to order food while their was a rush and he handled it with complete grace and professionalism. I went again tonight to get my best friend a strawberry shake and he greeted me at the window. What a super gem you have in an employee: I live out of town and just came in town to run the memorial marathon and I own two businesses and he would be a huge asset to ANY company. Braum’s, PLEASE reach out to him and recognize him and his hard work to your organization. My visits were Saturday April 27th and Monday April 29th. This was the Braum’s in Oklahoma City on 89th south side. Thank you

Terrible Hamburger the meat was over cooked , it didn’t have mayo nor ketchup , terrible limeade , no ketchup In the bag

Dirty, scummy, filthiest best ice cream in the universe.Ownership and management could care less about the filth. They sell ice cream at a high volume

The onside was horrendously dirty. It was so gross. The overhead lights had dead b7gs in them. Behind the counter was a mess with ice cream and toppings splattered everywhere.Some customers waited over 10 minutes for help in the grocery section.

So I guess braums doesn't have drink carriers, this is the 2nd time this week I've gone to braums to get dinner for my family and I've been given 4 drinks and sundaes with no drink holder or bag by the time I got home my car was covered in pop and melted ice cream. How do you expect one person to carry all of this once they get home I had to carry all of this with no drink holders since when do we not put drinks in a holder or put Sundays in a bag even if you ask for a drink holder you get told we don't have them I mean I've heard of cutting corners but that's a bit ridiculous
