After paying and after being asked to pull forward when he brought out the food I asked oh sir but what about the shake and he just kept walking. So I got out of my vehicle because I thought he didn’t hear me but instead he comes out while I am walking in with a copy of the receipt telling me I did not order a shake. I then went through my order as I had previously stated it and he continued to argue with me all I wanted was the food I ordered. There’s no need to be rude if you make a mistake excepting responsibility for the mistake would’ve changed the entire visit. Instead it was the worst experience I’ve ever had an Arby’s not only was the entire place blacked out no lit sign no open sign the menu was dark but when I get home my bronco berry sauce I had asked for magically turned into marinara. seriously lay off the drugs get your lights fixed and if you can’t live up to the Arby’s name closed down.
I came in around 730 at night on March 2, in the drive-through I ordered a chicken wrap, and my surprise how rude the cashier was to me. He demanded me to drive up to the first window asking me if I knew how speak properly English. I told him what I order and watch him and cook just pointing at me and laughing at me, Once I got the food home the chicken was overdone the tortilla shell brick hard and put they half of bottle of Buffalo sauce on it
