Tonight, there were three of us dining at the restaurant. We enjoyed great food, good service, and had a pleasant experience overall. However, we did notice that the dining area could use more heating as it was quite cold. Despite that, we have been loyal customers for about ten years now, although we have always found the restaurant to be on the chilly side. We highly recommend the food here, as it is the best Thai cuisine in Christchurch.

This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving Thai cuisine. The ambiance is peaceful, the food is exceptional, and the service is top-notch, making it the perfect dining experience.

This Thai restaurant is consistently wonderful and definitely one of the best in Chch. The food is always tasty and well presented, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It's worth noting that the dishes tend to be quite spicy, so I recommend opting for mild if you usually prefer medium heat.

Went to the Abalone for a team lunch. The restaurant was warm and had a lovely feel inside. The lunch menu had some good varieties. The Pad Thai I ordered was amazing, one of the best I have had. Everybody was happy with their food. Very happy with the quantity and the pricing. The waitress could be a bit more pleasant though : Will return, may be for dinner this time.

We have been returning to this restaurant for several years now. The staff are always friendly, and we have always had a delicious meal there.
