Van Leeuwen Ice Cream 3rd Ave

Gets the job done, a very nice ice cream shop, but just know that the flavors are not very bold. The dark chocolate flavor is more like regular chocolate, and the strawberry was a bit on the bland side. Nonetheless, this is my second visit and certainly not my last!

The restaurant offers a nice variety of vegan options. My personal favorites are the pina colada and chocolate fudge ice cream.

Idk why I felt so sick a few hours after I ate here I usually go to a different ice cream store near here and never have a problem but I tried this one out instead bc it’s like so common around the city now and I was just this close to not being able to find a bathroom in time. Then I saw their rating outside and they have a B :

The employee wasn’t ready to serve customers, as he threw the cone to his back when I told him that I wanted a waffle cone instead .. he told me he’s tired that’s why he did it.By the way the Ice cream was good.
