Shake Shack West Village

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. I received my order in such a reasonable amount of time the food was great! Never been to this location but I would love to come back.

The burgers and fries were fresh and delicious. The service was below par. Only one of the ordering kiosks were open and it would not read my credit card. I asked employee for help and never received service. That acted like they had no clue what to do.

This location is the best I’ve been to in Manhattan so far. Compared to other stores, their tables are very clean (walked in and saw employees cleaning tables, something you don’t see at other stores) and it wasn’t crowded so you can sit down for once. I ordered the avocado bacon burger and their avocados were actually soft, last time I ordered this at a different location the avocados were rock hard! The food and service was so good this time I’m actually craving shake shack as I’m writing this review.

Quality of food has fallen off since it's launch. If you're paying upwards of $15 for a burger with fries you expect it to be a vast difference from McDonald's.
