Modern Bread Bagel - New York

I was so impressed with this place. Our group had several who can’t have gluten and there was absolutely no shortage of options. The best part is you’d never even know it.I ordered the Loaded Latke Tots and they were just incredible!! Huge dish and it was phenomenal. Wish I lived closer than a flight away otherwise I’d go here at least a few times a month.

Gluten Free, Vegan Options, Kosher What a trifecta!! Not only do they hit the boxes, but they excel at perfection in each area. I had a DELICIOUS home made vegan sausage egg and cheese on a gluten free bagel, and it was truly phenomenal. If you're in the area, you must make it a mission to stop by to pick up something to eat. If you're not in the area, you should make your way to the area asap, and then make your way over to modern bread and bagel. Thank me later.Vegetarian options: Vegan options available! I’m sure the staff was annoyed when I had to confirm for certain all things were gluten free. Understand that I’ve not had a good bagel in nearly 15 years since needing to switch my diet up. Most places have few options so I was shocked.The everything bagel was heaven! I got the open faced salmon avo bagel and it was beyond good.Grabbed a black white cookie to go and it made my evening later that day.Cant wait to visit again when I’m in town.

An absolute must-visit if you are gluten-free. The first time I visited I was blown away by how good the bagels are. The friend I visited with said how she couldn't tell the bagel was gf. I then returned a few months later for dinner as a party of 4 with two celiacs and two people who can eat gluten. Everyone said how fantastic the food was.The staff are always incredibly friendly and happy to help. Excited for my next visit!

Had a late breakfast with my cousin and we were in the mood for some bagels. I’m vegan and my cousin is not so I found this location that caters to the both of us.We both a the BEC Vegan Bacon, Egg and Cheese. For the vegans, just gotta let them know that you want to make it vegan. The egg is just egg and a vegan cheezeThe vegan bagel, I had was the super seed bagel. It was delicious and crunchy.They did have desserts. We did not get to try but they look so yummy and we would definitely come back.
