The chickpea tuna melt is the best sandwich I have ever had. Incredible. The products are well curated. The service is impeccable. I love it here. Full support.

The store carries Knead Love bakery (also found at the union square greenmarket) local whole grain vegan/gluten-free breads, brownies, and cinnamon buns, and many other nutritious foods, and natural home essentials like bamboo toothbrushes, and is on quiet 11th street in the west village just west of greenwich st.

I really want to like Bonberi Mart, but I can't overlook the poor service. I have visited Bonberi at least 10 times for their muffins and chai lattes, but I have consistently felt offended or confused. While I have had a few positive experiences, the cashiers are usually judgmental, unfriendly, and slow. The atmosphere of the shop is uncomfortable, and it seems like the cashiers are harshly judging everyone who walks in unless they are a favorite customer. I have received strange looks when asking about the daily muffin, and I have been ignored while waiting in line for 15 minutes while the staff chats with another customer. It is disappointing and surprising that, despite other negative reviews, there has been no improvement in the staff or customer service training. During my last visit, when I paid with cash, I was told they didn't have exact change and was asked if I wanted any of the small coins instead. I hope Bonberi will consider hiring more professional and kind staff. I would visit more often if the experience was not so strange.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! They offer a wide variety of healthy options and unique brands that I was not familiar with. Although I had already eaten breakfast elsewhere, I could tell that their salads looked amazing and my friend highly recommended their dressings. I am looking forward to returning and trying them out for myself. My friend also mentioned that the gluten free baked goods from Knead Love Bakery, which they sell there, are fantastic.

I absolutely adore this place! Despite its small size, it packs a powerful punch. They offer a fantastic variety of snacks, desserts, beverages, and fresh grab-and-go meals. The staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. I have tried many items and everything has been consistently fresh and delicious. My favorites include the lentils, potato salad, chickpea tuna, salads, and the gluten-free 'knead love' bread, bagels, and cookies. I am beyond thankful for the existence of this wonderful establishment!
