Wolfnights -the Gourmet Wrap - New York

Truly one of the worst restaurant delivery experiences I've ever had. Ordered 3 items at 9:52 pm (more than 2 hours before their closing), they supposedly made the wraps and sent it out with one of THEIR drivers who just never delivered it. I was waiting 30 minutes past the delivery window close. The people working there gaslit and lied to me continuously by saying that the driver was a grubhub driver, which I know is a lie. I had to reach out to grubhub ands then they cancelled my order at 11:15 pm, leaving me without dinner. AWFUL RESTAURANT. AWFUL SERVICE. Do not eat here, do not order from here. Liars and thieves.

If you are coming to NYC, you must try Wolfnights. I found this place about two years ago and each time you come back the food is better then the last. Some of the best food in the city!Food: 5/5

Super flavorful wraps to take away. Staff was very helpful dealing with my son’s gluten intolerance, and custom order. Wraps are made in front of you and are yummy. Great options and ingredients. I had a Dire Wolf, which was an interesting blend of flavors. Good sized wrap was a meal for a hearty eater. My son’s gluten free wrap surprised him. Highly recommendedKid-friendliness: The staff were very warm and patient with my son.Dietary restrictions: Excellent options for my gluten intolerant son. Not sure if it would be safe for celiac, but definitely a top choice for intolerants.

Ordered food when there was no one and they attended others ahead of me. Took a really long time to refund my money because they didn't know how to. They took care of their own first instead of me. Do not recommend this place, they prioritize their friends instead of customers.Food: 1/5
