Subway - New York

The morning crew are very nice and seem to enjoy their job. A rarity these days.

5/11/2023, I stopped in this subway to get a tuna sandwich 6 inch. Now we are all paying customers, The gentleman behind me.. Key word BEHIND ME. Ordered a 12 inch meatball sub. They put his order in front of mine with a smile AND TOLD ME TO WAIT (WHILE HE PAYS FOR HIS MEATBALL SUB), While we both stand at the cash register. The server knew I was next but told me to wait, while the man credit card acts up..REALLY. I come here often and this is my last time. None of the other servers never did that to me. Now, Was it because his sandwich was a foot long, Was it because of race or i am a female and he was a male. It doesn't matter, I am a paying customers on line like everyone else.

He did not listen when I asked for monster cheese and he also listened to a guy who already got his own sandwich to put something on my sandwich like I really wanted to tell him make my sandwich again because why u listening to someone else when it’s my food idc if they were with me or paying it didn’t come out my mouth so like he needs to get fired he acts like a know it all

Franchise owner, Brandon Mohammed, very unprofessional. His store is very unprofessional the people that work there has no idea about the sandwiches. They also are rude when contacting them over the phone. Brandon Mohammed does nothing when you contact him he will make excuses not to give you a refund, please if you order through DoorDash on the app to the store, be aware there’s a big chance you will not get a refund and they will have you go through a run around . The owner should be ashamed of his self. You can see that there is also discrimination. In his store, he only hires people of his ethnicity. Please call the EEOC.

This subway location is awesome! The staff is always so friendly and kind. The sandwiches always taste fresh. As a vegetarian, I love getting the footlong egg and cheese sandwich with all the veggies. It is delightful. The staff have a lot of patience and work at a reasonable pace. I always come back!
