The service was poor, the staff were rude, and they completely messed up our order. Additionally, they accused another customer of not paying when it was clear she had.

The service is incredibly slow. While one bartender prepares espresso drinks, three other employees just wander around. The line is long, and it takes over 30 minutes to get a drink, even with staff present! I would recommend avoiding this place.

The restaurant was nothing extraordinary and feels like just another establishment that's lost its spark. The drinks are on par with other similar places. They do offer a good variety of food options. However, due to COVID, they have eliminated a lot of seating, making it easier to slip in and out. The location is quite convenient and comfortable.

Extremely slow service, very unprofessional, the employees prefer to dance and sing behind theke instead of ordering to take. they made a mistake with my order and gave me an assignment when I explained their mistake. I don't even try to be karen, but this place is not recommended

Walked over from the location on W Broadway because they were closed and I'm so glad i did. The staff was warm, inviting and the music was PERFECT! As I was about to order my usual Matcha Latte, i asked whose playlist was on. Jason said it was his i was elated!! Love hearing music that i listen to at establishments. It's so welcoming and refreshing. Thanked him and he was rather appreciative. Music is a great way to connect with ppl and I'll definitely stop by again just because of it. Thanks again to the team at 120 Church. See ya soon!
