This was the worst experience at a Starbucks thus far , and since I actually used to work at Starbucks and AT THIS LOCATION For 4 years as a supervisor it’s just a little embarrassing. I come in this morning and order a white chocolate mocha and as I wait at the end of the bar for my drink to be called out a young lady ask me if I had a white chocolate mocha I reply yes , trusting my fellow barista I walk out to enjoy my drink . As I took my first sip I notice there is no espresso but im already at my building I was so upset I just threw it away . I hold Starbucks to the highest standard of coffee and today was a very poor example of that

The staff at this location is TOP TIER. Especially Nora, she took the time to really me get my order right and even wrote me a sweet note. Love it there!!
I have never been so disappointed in a Starbucks. This store has messed up my order so many times. I always order an iced chai with almond milk. It takes maybe two minutes to make. Today is now the 4th time they’ve given me regular milk instead of almond. One time I ordered a venti, they gave me a tall. And my favorite, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and got a bagel, knife and no cream cheese. I don’t always have time to go back for them to fix it so I’m stuck throwing my drink away because I don’t drink regular milk or eating a bagel with nothing on it. Not to mention I pay extra for the milk. If it was once or maybe twice I wouldn’t mind, but it’s almost every single time. And the times I did walk all the way for them to fix it I get the “oh I didn’t make that” response instead of just saying sorry. I don’t go during peak hours, pls pay more attention.
