Starbucks - New York

The service at this restaurant was excellent, particularly from a girl named Nahida (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) and Natalie. They were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was cozy.

When I, an Asian woman, walked into the restaurant, it seemed as though the staff behind the counter were ignoring me as if I were a ghost. They made me wait when I asked for a coffee, but when a white man walked in, they greeted him and took his order immediately. This behavior is unacceptable! Additionally, there were no available tables.

I absolutely adore the staff at this restaurant. Each and every barista is incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when I order intricate drinks. They always listen attentively and consistently do an exceptional job. My only suggestion would be for the space to be larger.

They are taking COVID guidelines to heart while still providing great customer service. Stop in for a great cup of joe if you need one.

They not too long open a new Starbucks in my neighborhood and it's off the chain. The food is good and the service as well. There's one guy that works there I forgot his name but he make a good drink. They don't have much room for sitting so I advise not a big crowd to go there, to dine in and eat
