Cuplul așezat lângă mine a plecat de fapt pentru că serviciul a fost atât de prost. The couple seated next to me actually left because the service was so bad. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, and though I didn't leave before having my meal, I did cut it short and take most of it to go just to get out of there. They need to source better staff (or better train the staff they do have) or this establishment will not last. The food is good, but this is New York, you can get good food anywhere.
Had an incredible experience celebrating my partner's birthday at this restaurant.

Even though I had made a reservation in advance through OpenTable, I was informed upon arrival that the restaurant's system did not work with OpenTable and they did not have my reservation. Despite this hiccup, the restaurant staff, who were short-staffed on a busy night, did their best to accommodate me and my friends. Although it was a bit frustrating at first, the person we were celebrating had a great time. The food and drinks were delicious.
The service may be a little sluggish, but the food is excellent.
