Serendipity Iii New York

Atmosphere was beautiful and inviting. The staff was very accommodating, kind, friendly and on top of things. The frozen hot chocolate was so worth it. It was delicious and worth the hype. We got breakfast food but we weren’t impressed by it. Would come back though to try other dishes because the menu has a lot of variety.

One of my favourite places in NY. Food and service was outstanding. Cant wait to come back soon!

Food was good service was good they need to paint the stairs going up to the second floor.

The waffles were not hot. They didn’t taste fresh. They were chewy/rubbery

We added a stop at Serendipity 3 to our annual NYC holiday trip this year! I made a reservation 30 days in advance. Cute, festive, good food great service, and of course the famous Frozen Hot Chocolate- yum! I’m super appreciative to the staff for their attentiveness to my child’s food allergies. We will be back!
