The service was exceptional. We ordered two appetizers, and they were served one at a time. This allowed us to enjoy the first while it was still hot before the second one arrived. It was a perfect way for us to properly share and enjoy the delicious food.

We absolutely love RedFarm! Every dish we’ve tried has been amazing. The short-rib udon noodles were particularly out of this world!

Things we loved: Matthew provided exceptional service—he was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and managed to be attentive without being intrusive. We savored the outstanding Peking duck, and based on Matthew’s suggestion, we also tried some delicious sautéed pea leaves along with a lovely bottle of pinot noir. I was impressed by how well the entire front-of-house team communicated and supported one another, especially during the busy Christmas dinner service. On the downside: The noise level in the side room was fairly high, though still manageable. Due to the pricing, which is reasonable but a bit steep for us, we see Red Farm as more of a special-occasion destination rather than a regular dining spot. But that's perfectly fine. Thank you, Red Farm, for a memorable evening! We will definitely recommend you to our friends!

Yes, they have Peking duck but please try all the excellent dishes as well. I love their dumplings, soupy and soft and umami. I love their asparagus and their snow peas, tender but crisp and salted correctly. I love their wings, meaty and stuffed to have multiple textures. I love their steak, oh my goodness that sweet salty fatty steak. I recommend basically the whole menu. My advice is to order with balance: sweet and salty, fatty and light. You'll love this place. Also the staff is so cool, they made me feel like I was part of the neighborhood. Thanks for taking care of us.

Always busy in the right sort of festive way always deliciously satisfying always excellent service makes this a standout in the UWS for a special occasion (we saw a family birthday party) or just a regular night out that ends up FEELING like a special occasion. And pro tip: d be afraid to eat at the bar!
