Queens Beer Factory - New York

I've lived in this neighborhood my entire life, and this is the first time I've visited this delightful gem since it opened. The restaurant has something for everyone, but it really shines as a lively Latino spot, featuring a happy hour from 4 PM to 8 PM, a weekend brunch that runs until 4 PM, and a vibrant nightlife from Thursday to Sunday. In the summer, they offer a lovely open patio where you can enjoy your meal. The food and drinks are outstanding, with a fantastic selection of craft beers and cocktails. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quite charming, managing to juggle multiple tasks, especially during busy times. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful place soon.

I don't typically leave reviews unless my experience is either very good or very bad. This place is decent, but they don't seem to treat their regular customers very well. On the night I visited, the bouncer was more focused on wrapping things up quickly rather than providing good service.

To make matters worse, when she was about to end her shift, she asked if we were ready for our bill, and we agreed. However, when we received the bill, we noticed that a tip was automatically included. Honestly, I don't believe she deserves a tip for such poor service. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Me and my boyfriend went on friday to the restaurant and it was our first time and the waiter did not come to get us our order or even offer a drink. It was not busy we waited for at least 15 min for her to come and she just looked at us.we left not going

Not a good experience, very overpriced for a beer place.
